When you submit your request we ask that you please include some feedback regarding the issue, so we may understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Your experience and comments are very important to us. For returns, please ensure that you include the original shipping invoice, or a note with your full name, phone, and order ID in the package so we know it’s yours. Returns without accompanying information may result in delays, or our warehouse team being unable to attribute the return to your order.
